Specifications
This machine is used to assembling the 4 pieces of strip plate to form the box beamworkpiece dimension: 300-1200mm
According to the processing features and requirement of box beam, the cover plates of 4 sides must be connected tightly with the internal reinforcing plates to avoid the out-flowing of slag liquid when doing electro-slag welding. At same time the internal reinforcing plates inside the whole piece of box beam are discontinuousness, so our company developed this movable gantry type box-beam assembling machine. This machine is the important equipment for the box-beam production, mainly used in the assembling of box-beam.
The equipment consists of rails, traveling units, machine structure and platform, top clamping units, side clamping unit, hydraulic system, electrical control unit etc.
The motor drives the traveling wheel of the traveling units to running along the rails by the reducer, rack. There are top clamping units and side clamping units on machine structure. The side clamping hydraulic cylinder fixed on the two sides of machine structure can up-down move to achieve the positioning clamping of 2 sides plates of box-beam and internal reinforcing plate. On the top of girder of machine structure there are 2 left-right movable top clamping hydraulic cylinders. On the bottom end of hydraulic cylinder there is work-piece clamp. On the bottom of work-piece clamp there is clip hook. When the clamping hydraulic cylinder is down-pressing, the clip hook can draw back automatic, at same time to finish the positioning clamping of bottom plate of box-beam, cover plate and internal reinforcing plates, and avoid the force impact.
