ratio of one defective, this will offer spare parts to customer for free and pay the cost

for labour which 2 .8USD/Hour to repair the products; If in an abnormal condition the

goods are more than 30%faulty ratio of one defective or not meet standard of CB/CE,

the goods will be returned on supplier account & the supplier will refund the full amount

including the freight cost .Seller also need to offer 5%of the PI amount to buyer as compnsation.
