Brief introduction of equipment
This unit has the fuctions of automatic weighing,automatic bag feeding,automatic filling,automatic pack delivery,automatic sealing,etc. It can work in linkage with the equipment for various types of granular,flaky materials to achieve unmanned production operation of large-sized packaging.

Heavy bag stacking line
The automatic packaging palletizing production line consists of automatic weighing and packaging machine,fully automatic bag feeding machine,automatic sewing and sealing machine,weigt/metal detector and automatic palletizer.The entire production line can realize the operations of automatic weighing,packaging and high and low-level palletizing of bulk material.This production line contains several invention patents of our company,its packaging speed can reach 600bags/h (25kg/bag,PP,Kraft paper bag)and its technical level is in internationally leading position.
We provide best packaging suitable for sea shipping:
1. All goods of Zengran packing machine are packed in wooden box.
2. Our engineers are available to service machinery overseas to help customers to solve machine problems.
The installation can be provided by the ZENGRAN company.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with ZENGRAN company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.
We Promise Customer Perfect Guarantee and After-Service:
As for Zengran packaging machine,our company provides 12 months for all mechanical parts with the exception of electrical and electronic parts and those subjects to normal wear and tear. Meanwhile, the guarantee starts from the shipment (B/L date). The guarantee is intended limited to the replacement of the broken part after checking the construction fault. The guarantee declines in the case the customer proceeds, without proper consent, to the replacement, modification, or repair of parts. The inspection of the causes of the trouble or the breakdown of the parts is exclusively up to the manufacturing company. All in all, our company can offer you assured products.
