Fully Automatic Carton Box packaging machine(Cartoning machine) ZH100-A
ZH-100 cartoning machine can load various kinds of materials like granules, powder, etc. and some packaging bags, etc. into the special carton boxes reliably and seal and send out the carton boxes. It is suitable for packaging of various kinds of foodstuff, chemical products, animal foods and agricultural products, has a wide range of use, meanwhile, the product to be packaged can be changed periodically according to different use requirements, yet the die set change interval is short and its adjustment is simple and convenient. It is not only suitable for mass production of a single variety, but also can satisfy user’s small-batch production of different varieties.
The equipment has the following features:
Electronic adjustment system for packaging speed;
The packaging size can be adjusted;
With dust removal pipe and vibration as well as special mechanism specially designed for some materials to be packaged;
Electronic control glue spraying system;

The installation can be provided by the ZENGRAN company.
It must be after shipment has arrived and factory must ready equipped with all necessary requirement before booking installation with ZENGRAN company . Our engineers will come to the site for the complete and final installation.
During the installation session, a one day training course will be provided to the customer for operation and maintenance procedure.
The purchase at US$80/person/day plus all local transportation, air tickets(round trip), and minimum of 3 star hotel room & board is provided. Day charges include travel days.

As for Zengran packaging machine,our company provides 12 months for all mechanical parts with the exception of electrical and electronic parts and those subjects to normal wear and tear. Meanwhile, the guarantee starts from the shipment (B/L date). The guarantee is intended limited to the replacement of the broken part after checking the construction fault. The guarantee declines in the case the customer proceeds, without proper consent, to the replacement, modification, or repair of parts. The inspection of the causes of the trouble or the breakdown of the parts is exclusively up to the manufacturing company. All in all, our company can offer you assured products.
