Poly(ε-caprolactone)Microspheres
Production Description:
Microspheres can be used to produce slow-release and controlled-release drug delivery, it can maintain the valid drug concentration in the body in a long time, to enhance the pesticide effect and decrease the toxic and side effect.Poly (L-lactic acid )microspheres is biodegradable,it can not delay in human body, and we can adjust the biodegradation time of Poly (L-lactic acid )according to customers’ requirements to achieve the gradually release effect. Advantage: Prolonging the drug working time, enhance the directionality, and decrease toxic and side effect.
We can produce Poly(ε-caprolactone)microspheres of any molecular weight or intrinsic viscosity. The main usage of Poly(ε-caprolactone)microspheres contains: injection and oral, the diameter of the microspheres we produce is from 20um to 100um, and we can make the product according to customers’ requirements.
Main application:
At present, the diameter of the microspheres used for micro-plastic injection is from 20um to 50um, we can make the PCL according to the different requirements for needle from different customers. Poly(ε-caprolactone)microspheres can achieve the effect of filling skin by producing collagen in human body corium layer. Compared with the Poly (L-lactic acid )microspheres, the degradation time of Poly(ε-caprolactone)microspheres is much longer.

·Aesthetic therapeutic in the gradually improve model
·Long-time maintain, lift and tight facial lines
·Improve facial lines, avoid irregular lines
·Improve problematic and aging skin, thinner skin, skin sensitivity and pigment
