Description:
Filter drier is very important in the refrigeration system. Only the moisture and acidic impurity in the system is filtered, the whole system can work properly.If the refrigerant system exists water, it will take a bad effect in acting or using, because the refrigerant can’t dissolve in water. When Moisture content of the refrigerant passes through the expansion valve, due to the pressure and temperature is reduced, the water will be analyzed, became an ice, and caused an ice plug appearance. If the refrigerant exists water, it will also speed up rusty of the metal parts. So the refrigerant in refrigeration system must go through a drying process, to remove the water inside. If the refrigerant dropped in some impurities, like dust and iron dust. During circulation, it is easy to jam the energy-saving hole in the expansion valve. So the refrigerant must be clean before getting into the expansion valve. the drier filter connected in front of the expansion valve, can play a role in preventing ice plug and dirty blockage appearance. The refrigerant water will be absorbed when passing through the drier.
