Brief Introduction:
This model machine combined with 1 set Manual Paint Dispesner & 1 set Automatic Rotating Mixer & 1 self to house paint dispenser and mixer.
HT-50C not only has good appearance but also has high accuracy and less trouble with very low price.

- Manual Paint Dispesner HT-20B1
HT-20B1 is a high-precision and economical dispenser which is suitable to paint retailer.
Double pump, double gauge and inching switch ensure the stability and repeatability.
Automatic blending of mixing leaf ensures equal distribution of colorant and has no deposition.
To meet the different requirement , the machine could equip with platform that is moved up and down.
My company produces the adjusting color machine accuracy as 1/192Y, namely the Black Surveyor's Rod one black space is equal to the Red Surveyor's Rod for samll red spaces.
That means 1 Black Space= (1/48) & 1 Red Space=(1/192)Y
Press red & black button, lift the double gauge, adjust the wanted colorant quantity and dispense.
The pump body can be disassembled easily and quickly, for easy maintance and cleaning.
Pouring respectively the different colors into each bucket, then covering th ebucket.
Mixing about seven minutes, then proceed to adjust the color operation after shutting down roughly five minutes.
After that, you can adjust the color accordance with what kind of color you wanted.

This Automatic Rotating Mixer is controlled by advanced frequency conversion aptitude.
On the one side, which can automatic clamp and loose the paint can. On the other side, it can automatic recoginize the big or small can, to choose the suitable clampong and rotating force.
The machine will stop when you open the door during its running to prevent the operator to be hurt.
It can rotate and revolute at the same time, and you can choose the mixing timer by pressing diferent keyboard on the front panel, which is highly improve the mixing efficiency and accuracy.
The digital display will show the actual time set and time used, so that the operator may have exact mixing time idea for better result.
