Automatic Food Weighing and Packing System
Model: HT-A
This machines completes the whole packing procedure of weighing, loading materials, bagging, date printing, charging(exhausting) and products transporting automatically.
There are combined by one material vibration feeder, conveyor, multihead weigher, platform, packing machine and discharge conveyor.
It is fully automatic. When there is no material on the weigher, the weigher will give signal to the conveyor to let it send material. When the weigher stops, the packing machine will stop packing. When the packing machine has problem, the weigher will stop too.
In a word, it is fully automatic and can save you labor and time as well as cost.
Applications
It is suitable to use in packing the high accuracy an easy fragile material.
Such as: puffy food, crispy rice, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumpling, chocolate, pet food, small hardwares, medicine etc.
Feature of the food packing system
1. Equipped with safety protection, comply with firms safety management requirements.
2. The packing machine use PLC control with stable, reliable biaxial high accuracy output and color touch screen, bag-making, measuring, filling, printing, cutting, finished in one operation.
3. PLC Control with touch panel step by Step Instruction.
4. Pulling belt film draw down system is controlled by servo motor, high precision orientation, size more nicety.
5. External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.
6. Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be control the touch screen. Operation is very simple.
7. Close down type mechanism, defending powder into inside of machine.
8. Make pillow bags and hanging bags in terms of customers different requirements.
9. It can finished all processes bag froming, bag sealing, packaging, date printing automatically.

Main Functions:
(1). With stable 10-bucket structure, to choose the best combination instantaneously from abundant weight combinations by computer.
(2). With instantaneous reaching of correct calculating by high-precision weighing load cell.
(3). The opening and clossing speed of the bucket door can be finely adjusted according to the features of the measured material to prevent crashing and damaging.
(4). All the parts touching the material are made by stainless steel, neatness and health.
(5). Powerful data automatic statistics feature can record the quota of each bags, percent of pass, single bag error for each batch of production.
(6). The bigger weighing range is up to 1000g per dump.
