The agglomerator densifier machineis mainly used
to pre-plasticization
for film, fiber, noylon,
pet sheet and so on.
The agglomerator densifier machine is a machine developed for plasticizing & recycling of thermoplastic film, tape & Pet Bottle flakes and many more. The unit essentially consists of drum-container and a high speed rotor equipped with blades placed inside the drum itself. The plastic film is inserting inside the drum where the blades cut, mix and plasticize the product. By introducing certain water quantity a cooling and a partial solidification of melted mass is affected. Persisting blade rotation get solidified mass in to irregular shape clots, which permit an easy handling, stocking and extruder feeding. For PE, PP, EPE/EPS, PET, Polyester yarn, Nylon & any type of Plastic Film, Tape & Fabric Waste.
Densifier / Agglomerator suitable to convert voluminous films and fibers into heavier Chips allowing: final dry material, better homogenization on colours and M.F.I., higher bulk density, easy mixing, transport, storage, etc.
