Full Precision Double Roller Coater/UV Roller Coater Machine for Flat Products with 600/1300/2000mm, Roller Coater Equipment
1.It’s suitable for coating different kinds of flat products, such as wood panel ,calcium silicate board ,metal ,metal, ceramic, plastic, glass etc. Save paint and highly improve working efficiency.
2. Available kinds of paint: UV, PU, NC, and water-based paint and so on.
3. The application roller is made of imported material, with good flexibility and abrasion/solvent resistant after intensive CNC processed.
4. The doctor roller is made of 45# seamless steel tube, after CO2 welded as well. And the surface is with heat treatment and intensive grinding then electroplate, polish so as to achieve the mirror effect.
5. The machine equipped with imported material scraper, adjusted by small reducer to get high precision.
6. Equipped with 4mm PU material convey belt, which is solvent resistant and with extra anti-side device.
7. The application roller, the doctor roller and convey belt are controlled by the independent motor, reducer and inverter to ensure the machine more stable and precision.
8. Independent up-and-down and paint recycle to ensure utility flexibility and stability.

1. What is the UV coating machine MDF warranty?
Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hourworking shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to damaged by improperuse, incident ornegligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the power net, causedby thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.
