Features:

 1. The machine is made of cold-rolling steel with surface of electrostatic spray plastics, corrosion resistance and easy to maintenance.

2. The machine frame is adopted 20mm thickness steel plate and 150mm square pipe, more stable and firm.

3. The rubber roller and steel roller, support roller is adjusted by the clutch.

4. Independent design for high voltage electric control cabinet and machine frame, also with off-power safeguard device when the cabinet door is open, so as to keep safe and running stable.

5. Independent drying cabinet and cooling fan design for uv curing area, also with temperature control and display system.

6. The conveyor support roller is made of compose rubber and the convey plate is made of 2mm thickness stainless steel.

7. The film upload system is adopted electromagnetic brake, with constant moment inverter.

8. The press roller is equipped with pneumatic up-and-down system and hand wheel for tiny adjustment.

9. Equipped with 4 times anti-slide device, over load protection device, emergency stop device and so on.

1. What is the UV coating machine MDF warranty?

Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.
