Machine Configuration
1, the machine is designed for sanding primer paint after coating designed for a variety of flat products, especially wood-based tablet, by this machine sanding smooth finish, no white edges.

3, belt operation with frequency control imported converter, for a variety of paint properties of the belt used in photo electric control.
4, the feeding speed adopts stepless speed control, stepless. Table lifting adopts four-column lifting mechanism, without shaking, a small error.
5, running Cots using 25SH rubber, elastic, clear white edge stripes phenomenon, high precision, and long service life. Means polishing wheel (optional), frequency control, height adjustable, but will likely eliminate the phenomenon of stripes.
6, the conveyor belt in a 3mm thickness imported steel cord conveyor belt, wear-resistant and durable.
7, the conveyor belt means automatic correction mechanism to automatically adjust the belt running track during operation, without manual adjustment.
8, belt motor with frequency control system, adjust the speed control knob on the control panel to change the belt line speed.
9, table lift, by "↓↑" to achieve, by the thickness of the display table shows the figures for minor displacement, lifting the motor shaft can be rotated to adjust the hand wheel.
10, the delivery device by a feeding table and CVT belt operation, up tight cylinder and manual adjustment mechanism, automatically sensing machine control valve in the system components. Feed rate can be adjusted by adjusting the shift lever on the CVT.
11, the safety device: On the control panel has an emergency stop button (latching), left and right side in the sand shelf containing two photoelectric switch; relay pressure in low pressure pneumatic system operation, equipped with disc brakes on the motor pulley to parking brake to ensure rapid emergency occurs.
12, equipped with a fault light on the control panel display, such as inadequate pressure, Belt and others have about loss of control over the process display.
13, the unique suction device, so that a better cleaning effect.
