UV putty filling machine is suitable for calcium silicate board,all kinds of products with rough surface,such as floor,furnitureUV putty filling machine (JXFT I-600)descriptions:
•This machine is suitable for all kinds of products with rough surface,the quantitative roller can fill to the sunken area and replace manual filling(but only for products with a little rough surface).it can be widely used in flat surface products like floor,furniture,decoraing board,calcium silicate board and so on.the filling amount of the machine can be adjusted by scraper and roler.it is suitalbe for paints like PU,UV,PE,NC and water-based paint,etc.it is also equipped with device which prevent lacquer putty spilling out.
•The conveying of working pieces is controlled by conveyor belt which has automatic centering system.
•The changing of the roller is very convenient.
•The part of controlling the thickness is able to stop by emergency button if the working pieces is thicker than the previous one.

•The effective working width is 600MM,working thickness is 2-80mm,smallest working length is 300mm.
•The feeding speed is 5-20m2/min,conveyor power is 0.75kw.
