UV/NC/PU/PE and water based uv coating machine
1. UV Coating Machine , uv coater ,rubber roller uses imported materials, PU rubber rollers. Its diameter is 250mm. The diameter of the roll surface is processed precisely. 2. UV Coating Machine , uv coater rear smooth roll adopts long smooth rolls with 130mm diameter. The roll surface is plated with chrome. The outer circle is precisely processed through CNC grinding machines. 3. Strong scrapers made of imported materials are adjusted by speed reduction machines with small turbines. 4. UV Coating Machine ,uv coater conveying belt is the 3mm PU anti-slip belt. It can resist all kinds of solvents and prevent chemical corrosion. 5. The operation of smooth rolls and rubber rollers is controlled by the independent frequency converter and speed reduction machine. 6. Sealing arrangements of the bearing is to prevent the penetration of paints. 7. The complete machine is equipped with five units of Taiwan Delta frequency converters and five units of speed reduction machine. 8. UV Coating Machine , uv coater lifting system adopts elevators with dovetail groove style. The speed reducer raises and down electrically and smoothly, with good stability. The material input is equipped with the far-infrared detector to prevent the entrance of inappropriate materials 9. UV Coating Machine , uv coater complete machine is collocated with a diaphragm pumps and a 40L heating fuel tank. 10. 0.5MPA air source Equipments required to configurate by customers themselves: 1. 50HZ, 380V three-phase power source.

What is the curtain coating machine for wood floor ,Furniture warranty?
Warranty: Warranty is valid for 12 months in the hypothesis of machinery use for an 8-hour
working shift. Warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear or damaged by improper
use, incident or negligence of the Buyer or by reasons external to normal use (i.e. change in the
power net, caused by thunderstorm, etc.) Transport costs and labour are excluded.
What about the UV coating machine for wood floor working size?
Usually 300mm . Also It can produce as clients requests.
What is the minimum quantity for order?
