Design Features:
1. Using the triangle 315T host and rotary disk positioning mechanism for molding of the fiber-reinforced resin cutting grinding wheel. The nominal pressure and cold & hot pressure molding can be adjusted as required.
2. The indenter doesn't enter the mold cavity and the mold is the structure type of abrading block inlaying the resistant steel belt. When worn, only the steel belt should be replaced and the mold ring can be reused. It reduces the costs of the mold.
3. The stations are reasonably arranged, which provide a relaxed and convenient operating space for the operator.
4. By using PLC primary graduation for rotation and precision graduation for positioning device respectively, the large turntable can be positioned precisely.
5. Other parts out of the kit like speed reducer, hydraulic components, pneumatic components and electric control components, etc. are all the products imported or made by joint ventures with the introduction of technology, and thereby they can enhance the continuous work performance of the unit and effectively reduce the failure rate. (The failure rate can be controlled at a very low value).
6. Replacing the mold can easily achieve the change of product varieties and specifications.
7. Using paving material twice to ensure the static balance value of the grinding wheel. Whether the material are wet or dry (except the agglomeration), they all can be paved. Moreover the paving time can be reduced and the working beat will be improved.
8. The reliable positioning measures can ensure the accurate positioning of each station.
9. The liquid-filled way of main plunger type cylinder can achieve the rapid up and down of slide block. The main plunger type cylinder can complete work press after which the smaller power can produce a larger operating speed.
