Soft Drinks Filling Production Plant
Introduction
This Soft Drink Filling Production Plant works harmoniously with air-conveyor belt, It holds the bottles by the neck, thus, reducing the possibility of bottles falling over during conveying process.
This Fully Automatic Carbonated Beverage Bottle Filling Line is used to fill carbonated drink,gas water,soft drinks into pet bottle and with screw caps capping function.
It includes water treatment system, beverage preparing system,water treatment system,3 in 1 carbonated beverage filling machine, labeling machine,date printer, and package machine etc.
1. All parts contacting with beverages adopt top grade stainless steels whose surfaces are polished till smooth for easy rinsing. The sealing materials are EPDM rubber.
2. Carbonated beverage filling line/carbonated drink machine/carbonated filling machine/carbonated beverage machinery/carbonated filling line.
3. Adopt PLC as center control, make use of pressure transmitter and electromagnetism pneumatic valve to measure liquid level, keep balance of filling pressure to insure stable liquid level.
4. Adopt new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages.
5. Adopt advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable torsional moment to insure capping safely and reliably.

We have 12 months warranty, and lifetime maintenance. Within one year, if there is some accessory going wrong, we will send you the accessory at once, free of charge.
1). Within one month, if the machine is of any big fails, we will send you a new machine.
2). Within 12 month,if you send back the equipment for repair, we will be responsible for the repair, including the changes of accessories; Both of them are free of charge.
3). After 12 months, we offer to repair the machine, but we quire for the cost of the changed parts, not for manual cost.
4). No responsibility for man-made destroy.
5). If the buyer has any questions with our technical department, we can supply on-line service Or we can send professional engineers to help you.
