1.Product Use and Application:
This series production line collected washing,filling, capping, labeling and packing machines together, it is suitable for kinds of beverage production, like juice, tea production, simultaneously only change some spare parts, then it can be used in the pure water, mineral water production line.
2.Composition:
Machine is divided into seven main parts
Filler ,Pressure Capping part, Worktable and Transmission parts
backflow system, electrical, pneumatic parts, centralized lubricating pipelines, etc

4. Technical Features:
(1) | bottom supporting conveyor is used to make the line run more stable and reliable |
(2) | Filling machine with large rotating bearing support structure, so the machine run more smoothly. The use of pressure filling principle makes filling fast, with accurate liquid level. This machine has no bottle no filling characteristics. Only a few micro-adjust the height of the various parts, replacement pieces can be produced to change the filling bottles of different sizes. |
(3) | The cap handler is the pneumatic rotary one. Cover the surface without damage, lack of caps automatically fill the caps and so on |

We adopted advanced normal pressure gravity for filling,the filling effect are fast, steady, quasi and equipped with the material recirculating system, realize backflow independently, not contact with material and avoiding second pollution and oxidation. This equipment can satisfy with filling request of lower than 95°C hot filling, filling valves and pipes material are according to sanitation standard,at the same time, there CIP self-cleaning interface there is RO water rinsing device before capping ensure bottle mouth is clean. we adopt magnetic torque capping head. labeling machine is designed by our self with stainless steel frame. Shrink packing machine odopted original imported parts from Germany, Japan. it is easy to adjust for different size of bottles and package. The whole production line adopts human-machine interfaces, touch-screen, PLC computer controller and other advanced technologies. With automatic inspect system of filling temperature automatic, caps supplying material high-temperature alarm, low-temperature shutdown and automatic retum, no boottle, no vorer, wait when lack of bottles, lacking caps shutdown and so on. realize no bottle, no filling. Output range is 3000-24000 bottles / hour.
