The Color Steel EPS Sandwich Panel production process adopts the colored steel plate as surface board, and the core material is the self-extinguishing closed cell polystyrene foam, it is a kind of high strength composited building materials, and it was formed in the automated continuous molding machine, by combining the pressed colored steel with the High Strength Adhesives.
1. Light weight: Installation is easy and flexible thanks to its light weight, only 10-14kg/m2.
2. High intensity and large rigidity ensures suitability for weight-bearing structures.
3. Temperature retention and heat insulation: Good thermal insulation. Temperature resistance range from -110º C to 50º C.
