We have various of processing machinery which is necessary for machining , including CNC, vertical miller , gantry milling machine, precision grinding machine, the waters grinding machine, linear cutting machine, spark machine, milling machine, CNC lathe, ordinary lathe, universal grinder, small punch, no-mandrel grinder, sandblasting machine.
The strong engineering team and experienced production team can enable the production of workpiece machining completed at one stop process. We are good at producing high level plate heat exchanger punching and drawing moulds.We have rich experience and also very professional in manufacturing various of rubber moulds as well as Europe and America standard moulds, Taiwan no-mandrel mould, plane mould , precision components, precision lathe, precision shaft parts,precision fixture,and planer-milling machine, knurling,grinding,non-standard parts processing,precision machining, CNC lathe processing..
.Under the premise of understanding the product , we make sure the characteristics of product and design the mould for customer.We adopt the international advanced software including HRTI, PROII, ASPEN to calculate the thermal efficiency correctly .
We design the product and mould by SOLIWORKS, PRO ENGINEER, UNIGRAPHICS, and we use UGMANUFACTURING to design the processing route and manufacture mould spare. Mould is designed by the international advanced software MOLD FLOW and according to the standard of HASCO, DME, LKM.

1. Before product
Rough machining, forging and heat treatment
2. After product:
Fine machining, Grinding machine. Then milling, installing
3. Testing mould
4. Pressing plate
