Plate mould for heat exchanger
We have the machine processing sub plant with a number of digital milling machine,
grinding machine, drilling machine, latches, and planning machine as well as other
large processing equipments. The strong team with design, developing and production
capability can provide you the plate press moulds, rubber gasket mould, plates, rubber
gaskets and other accessories of the same quality level with other top class companies

The mould used for plate of PHE is designed according to HTRI standard, the heat transfer coefficient and other index all calibrated and calculated according to HTRI software.

All the mould drawings made by technical dept. all reviewed and confiremed by our process engineer.
The production & assembling of all the parts are carried in the moulding shop. The heat treatment of mould plays a very important role to prolong the service life.
The skilled inspector inspect and measure the parts strictly and the technician assemble the mould according to tolerance .
We have the high precise inspecting equipments to test material and products. All the material need to be inspected strictly before entering into the next process.
The parts of mould should be qualified. Only the passed inspection product can be put into mass prodcution.
