The Steps to ensure the accuracy Of My Company Core technology:
Not only passed the MID II Certificaiton Accuracy Measurement by National Measurement Office,but also we have our own inspecion ,internal step by step,for example:
1.Firstly,about the printing and double printing,we use ourself reasearched machines and controlled by computer.The Inpector will measuring each blade of the tape from the third last root to ensure the accuracy.
2.Secondly,about the zero-cutting machines,which are reasearched by ourself.And there is one outstanding feature,the technology of cutting zero is controlled by infrared.After that,all the inspectors will inspect the whole cutted-blade,which to ensure every blade is perfect.
3.The third step is that after riveting the hook,there also are inspectors to measure the"Five centimeters Inspection" to make sure the accuracy is correct.
Also before delievring goods,there still will check the goods one by one.
