1. Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A: Our factory Chaoran furniture producing office chair, bar stool, sofa, and has a sub company M&C furniture
mainly trading for Outdoor furniture, tables and dinning chair. Which can meet customer’s different demands.
2. Q: Where is your factory? How can I visit there?
A: Factory located in Anji county, Zhejiang province China. Which is one hour driving from Hangzhou Xiaoshan
Airport to our factory. We can pick you up in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.
3. Q:Can I order a sample before placing order?
A: Yes, customer can order one sample firstly to check the quality, customer need to pay for the sample cost
and shipping cost.
4. Q:How do you ensure your quality of your products?
A: We always use reliable material for the chairs, never comprise on the quality in using cheap materials. Each
process has QC inspect the chairs to make sure every part of the chair has no problem.
5. Q:How about your after-sale service?
A: Our factory take great care on the after-sale service, we will follow our customer’s sale situation and give our advice.
Develop new product which is suitable for customer’s market. Regarding the goods, if there is any parts have problem,
we will send spare parts to our customers or compensate to our customers.
6. Q: What is your payment term?
A: We can accept TT, LC payment.
7. Q: What is your delivery date?
A: Regarding first order of new customer, the delivery date is 40 days, because we need to prepare sample before
production and check with customers about the details. As for repeat order, delivery date is around 25 to 30 days.
8. Q:How can I trust you? How can I make sure my money is worth paid and you will provide products what I want?
A: Customers can visit our factory before placing new order to us, we will pick up you from the airport, and send
yo to airport if you want to go back to your country. We do 30% deposit, balance against the copy of B/L after
the boat shipped, we can do L/C payment with customers. We will take goods photos and send to customers for
quality checking before goods shipped out, or customers can arrange the inspection after the goods finished.
