Good dimension can make the mould assembly very well. The mould will working very smoothly without any noisy sounds. Correct angle should be add to the mould core and cavity during mould design. How to get fast cycle thin wall container ? How to save every second to earn money?
First, Hybrid injection molding machine or high speed injection molding is needed.
Hybrid injection molding machine is a kind of high speed machine. It can realize mould opening and ejecting at the same time, it greatly shorted the cycle time.Option of servo motor for material charging and three axis working at the same time, compare to traditional machine, it can save around 40% of cycle time.Adjustable plate use roller support system, increasing the efficiency of machine opening and closing.Screw with big L/D value and double thread + mixing, making the raw material melt more fastSecond, best cooling channel design in mould is very necessary.
Good cooling channel closer to the part can well reduced the mould cycle time, making the melting material fast cool down.
Third, thin wall IML container mould can be inserted with Becu to have faster cooling.
A good thin wall mould usually top inserted with Becu. Becaue Becu’s cooling is better than common steel.
Moreover, a good quality water chiller also can speed up the mould cooling.
Therefore, Big size good quality water chiller is important.
