Product of Osb Machine/Manufacturer/osb Production Line/oriented Strandborad Machine
This pb( Oriented Strandboard(OSB) machine production line wood/bagasse based particle board production line) line comprises material preparation section, drying section, glue regulating and supply section, spreading and hot press section, rear processing section, sanding section etc.
1. Material preparation section
Raw material is reduced into qualified chips by the de bale, and then the chips are transported to the chip bin.
2. Drying and sifting section
The flakes discharged from the wet flake bin are conveyed by a screw conveyer to the rotary dryer, to dry until its water content meeting technical requirement, then transported by a fire-proof screw to a swing screen and blow to a wind separator. Core flakes come from the separator are stored in core flake bin; oversize flakes are send to double-stream mill to be re-crushing, together with fine flakes from the separator, are blown to surface flake bin. The most optimum of drying effect and surface flake shape are ensured by the application of the dryer and the double-stream mill which is made with introduced technology from PALLMANN, Germany.
3. Glue regulating and applying section
After weighing, the core and surface flakes are to be effectively and uniformly mixed with qualified glue independently in their ring glue mixers respectively according to the specified technology.
This production technology apply the most advanced glue prepare and supply system in the domestic market. The measuring and adjusting of the ratio between various materials, glue preparing, the proportion between the flakes and the glue all are automatic controlled by computer system, with which a stable material/glue ratio and minimum glue utilization are maintained. It is also possible to supply with PLC or manual control as optional system.
4. Forming and hot-pressing section
The surface and core flakes are sent into classi-forming machine, and forming on the mat conveyor a continuous mat which features in top and bottom layer with fine flakes, coarse flakes in the core layer, gradually changed structure. This mat is feed to the hot press after being cut down by cross cut off saw.
5. Rear processing section
After hot pressing, the rough board is conveyed to star-cooler for cooling. Then the rough board goes through side trimming saw and become a qualified particle-board, stacked on the hydraulic lift, then transported by forklift truck to the stock shop.
The whole production line is controlled in each section by PLC, which ensure reliable and efficient operation.
6. Sanding Section
The board is transported by forklift truck, and placed on roller stand of hydraulic lift. Pusher pushes board into feed-roller, sanded by wide-belt sander (BISON tech). Hardened surface is removed, and obtain required thickness and roughness. After stacking, the board is sent into a ware-house for checking.
