1.Why chose poplar veneer as the material of Blockboard,plywood and Furniture?
Poplar wood is one kind of softwood .It is mainly planted in the north of China.Poplar wood has light weight, high strength, good elasticity, high fiber length and content, So it is one ideal material to produce plywood and block board.Now in China the poplar is widely used for producing the poplar veneer ,which is an important material to produce the plywood and block board.
Our Everyluckywood Group,has been in this field for 7years.Now have 5 poplar veneer factory and one plywood factory .
2,Let us know about the production process of poplar veneer in China
Log cutting -peel off the skin-rotary cut-cutting -dry under the sun(oven drying)-hot press and flat-grading -packing
In the course of producing ,we have a very strict require to the production of poplar veneer .
First,to the material poplar wood : we only use the 107 fast growing poplar wood ,this kind of poplar wood is introduced from Italia .Compare to other kinds of poplar ,it has many advantages ,more soft,more smooth,and few knots,more white.So it is one ideal material to produce the block board.
Second,the most advance rotary-cut machine : we use the most advanced rotary-cut machine in China,computer numerical control machine ,.Compare other machine ,its thickness is more uniform,and the tolerance is more small.
Third,Hot press and flat : when finish drying under the sun ,the poplar veneer may have some overlap.through the hot press ,we could control the moisture,and let the veneer become more flat
Fourth,the cutting of edge: we require our workers cut the edges one by one ,as a result ,on the production of blockboard,it could reduce the seam stitching ,and reduce the time of producing the block board.
