1. Single screw extruder, possessing effective plasticizing effect and high extrusion speed which is especially designed for the processing of PE material.
2. The special detached type compounding screw and die head with spiral structure & reasonable channel.
3. Unique calibration and cooling mode is capable of producing pipe with diameter from φ10 to φ40mm.
4. With co-extrusion technology, multi-layers spiral fiber-strengthened pipe can be extruded. Recycled materials can be used in the production.
5. Optimum spiral copper sizing sleeve, its entrance is equipped with pre -cooling and powerful vacuum device.
Stainless steel cooling water tank is three-dimensionally adjustable, longitudinal moved by motor.
6. High efficient cooling comes from peculiar spraying nozzle and high efficiency water pump.
7. This spiral pipe machine can be used widely in electrical cable protection, wire protection, computer wire protecting, etc. This making machine can produce wide range of diameter, wide range of material choices, large output. This production line can produce multiple types of spiral hose wrap protections.
8. Multiple colour choices: black, grey, cream, white, transparent, etc. The computer cable zip wrap pipe machine can also be customized according to customer's requests freely.
