SHET-10 is hot needle perforated shrink film that can be used by a wide array of markets, including bakery, eggs and textiles etc. When compared to stretch PVC or heavy guage PE, SHET-10 can provide an improved carbon footprint and will generate a significant source reduction of materials used.
While the functionality of the film varies, its perforation pattern remians consistent ot provide the qulaity and performance that is critical for those market applications where permeablility is a must.
The permeability of this film provises improved respiration for optimal freshness of perishable fruits and vegetables. Enhanced air evacuation allows fresh baked goods, like bread and donuts, to better maintain texture, taste and presnetation for the customer. which is also appliable for the fruit like bananas, which can provide better packing appreance with good color.
In addition to protect the food product, SHET-10 is also ideal for processing certain durable goods. Textile yarns and threads are dyed uniformly due, in part, to the film's intricate hot needle perforation pattern. Weather aiding in the processing of the materials or simply enabling a threated product to off-gas, these cauterized hot needle perforations provide uniform transfer of gases or liquids through the film.
