Shine East has placed great emphasis on its high speed butt welded PEX-Al-PEX multi-layer pipe technology.
Butt welded PEX-Al-PEX multi-layer pipe is a type of high performance pipe. Through advanced TIG welding, it has the most uniform and high strengh welding seams for the aluminum pipe. PEX-Al-PEX pipe share the benefit of both plastic and aluminum pipes, featuring corrosion-resistance, high temperature resistance, excellent barrier properties, easy installation, high reliability, and high pressure resistance. It is mainly used in transportation of hot and cold water, gas, as well as geothermal pipe layout. This kind of high performance pipe product has been recommended for use in European market for a long time.

FEATURES
- Adopts high precision aluminum pipe passive forming molding method, to ensure stable pipe production and welding.
- Auto-synchronized control system to ensure the three haul-off machines running at same speed.
- Outer layer adhesive and plastic co-extrusion mould design to enhance the AL-PLAS adhesion.
- Include a cutting edge argon-arc butt-welding machine, a double welding gun, and a welding horn cooling device, which guarantee long-lasting performance.
- With only slight modification, this pipe extrusion line is also capable of producing PPR-AL-PPR Butt-welded pipes and RPAP5 pipes. This gave our clients great flexibility and increased their return from investment.
- Duraline’s Butt-Welded PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Production line incorporates a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system and a touch-screen based Human Machine Interface (HMI) for the entire pipe extrusion line, making it easier for our clients’ employees to operate. It also realize auto-synchronization across various functions, helping to streamline management tasks and ultimately realize our clients’ production goals through better management and quality control.
