1. PET packing belt plastic machinery
2. Use: The extruding strap of Runjia Plastic Machinery is a kind of PET as the the main raw materials. They are widely used in packing for items, cartons, ceramics, floor boards, floor tilles, papers, wooden products, textiles, cotton, canned products, chemical products, electrical cables, machinery and electric products and pallets of a variety of products. There are many application fields in the aspects of food packing, industrial packing, and medical packing and so on.
3. Extruding product characteristics:
1). Strong tensile resistance. There are tensile resistence like steel strip and ductility which can resist impact, further enabling the guarantee of the transportation safety;
2). Small extensibility. The extensibility is only one sixth of the PP packing strap, enabling to maintain the take-up tension for a long time;
3). Strong temperatue endurance. The melting point is 260 centigrade degree. It will not be distorted when used in the temperature lower than 120 centigrade degree;
4). Good flexibility. There is no sharp edge like steel strip, so the operation is safe without hurting the strap and damaging the strapped objects;
5). It has attractive appearance and is environmental, can be recycle used;
6). Good economic benefits. Te consistency of the PET plastic packing strap is only one sixth of steel strip and the price for unit length is comparatively lower. That is to say that the length of one ton plastic packing strap equals to one of six tons steel strips and the cost per meter is lower than one of steel strip;
7). The extruding strap that we can produce 1, 2, 4 and 6 straps.
