PET Bottle Recycling Machine (washing and crushing line)
Also we call it PET bottle washing machine. PET bottle washing system. PET flakes washing system.
Capacity: 300-2000kg/hour
1. Crusher blade material is: Cr12MOV (Japanese designation SKD-11, American designation D2)
2. High speed friction washing machine rotation speed reach 1300rpm, can move out most of dirty such as oil etc. Ensure final production good quality.
3. Horizontal dewatering machine equipped with self-cleaning device, can automatic cleaning inner sieve/screen, realize non-stop running
4. The whole crushing and washing production line use the best material-SUS304 stainless steel, thickness between 3-5mm.
5. Apply for world famous brand components, such as Siemens contactor, Omron temperature controller etc. Ensure the whole production working stable.
6. The PET crushing and washing machine has passed standard of CE certification, ISO 9001 certification
7. Final products(PET flakes), water content below 1%, PVC content below 300ppm, other impurity below 300ppm.
