Product Information
The Brief Introduction of The Product: Organic Heat Transfer Boiler, which is also called Thermal Oil Boiler, can operate under low pressure, high temperature circumstances (the heating temperature can reach liquid phrase 340°Cor vapor phrase 400°C).All heating operations that need stable heating but do not allow direct fire heating can adopt this device. The fuels of thermal oil boilers primarily are coal, oil, gas, and biomass, and the medium is thermal oil.
The Operation Principle: By the thermal oil pump, the medium is forced to finish the thermal oil circulation process; the thermal oil transfers the thermal energy to the heating equipment and then it returns to the heating furnace for reheating.
The Features:
1. Working under low pressure, high temperature conditions, convenient adjustment, uniform heating and accurate processing temperature;
2. Liquid phrase circular heating, no heat loss during the processes of condensation or discharges, and high heating efficiency;
3. The volume changes, caused by the heat absorption and heat release of thermal oil, can be compensated in the system;
4. Technical measures are taken to control strictly the content of air, moisture and other low volatile matter in the working medium.
