1. Organic Heat Transfer Material Boiler Introduction
Organic Heat Transfer Material Boiler is a new type of special boiler.
It is also called heat conduction oil furnace which have the characteristics of low pressure, high temperature performance.
The heating temperature can reach 340 °C liquid phase and vapor phase 340 °C degrees.
Various production situation need to heat homogeneously and steadily ,and process heating temperature without direct flame heating is between 150 °C to 380 °C ,can use organic heat carrier to supply heating.
Generally organic heat carrier furnace’s fuel is made of coal, oil and gas, heat conduction oil as medium, using hot oil circulation pump forced medium for liquid circulation, to transfer heat to heat equipment then returned heating furnace to heat again.
Under low pressure can gain high working temperature, and can run for high precision control of media operation. High system thermal efficiency , convenient operation and maintenance.
It is a kind of safety, high efficiency, energy saving and the ideal choice for heating equipment.

3. Usage:
YLW/YGL/YLL series of coal organic heat carrier furnaces are mainly used in:
Chemical industry-polymerization industry, oil industry, asphalt melting;
Reaction tank, distillation, enrichment;
Plastic industry-plastic extruded to finalize the design;
Textile industry-resin stentors, dyeing machine and the dry room, high temperature machine, roller;
Rubber industry-rubber Vulcanization heating;
Food industry-cooking, dry; Vegetable oil refining;
Wood industry-heating to finalize the design of chipboard, sandwich plate, wammus board, fiber;
Building materials industry, air conditioning industry, electroplating, steel pickling;
Surface treatment and various drying industry.
