WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Weiliang S49 vibrating screen is a specially designed for big and small particles separation, impurities removal and solid-liquid separation. Cooperating with Italy Italvibras motor supplier and bringing European advanced ideas and technology to home, Weiliang has successfully become one of the outstanding suppliers of vibrating screen in the world.
The source of vibratory force is from the upper shaft lever of generator and the bottom eccentric weights. The rotation of the top weight produces the horizontal vibration, making the materials move to the edge through wire cloth. The lower weight makes the machine inclined, resulting in vibration in both vertical and tangent direction. The lower weight relative to the upper weight forms advance angle, which supplies the different spiral movements.
