Pressure Vessel Series Autoclave
The application of the product: it is a large pressure vessel that can steam pressurized bricks and normal bircks which are made of aerated concrete blocks, sand, fly-ash etc, under great pressure. With wide applications, the autoclave reactor can also be used in other production projects which need pressure steam-curing, for instance, high strength gypsum,insulatio materials, rubber products, high strength glass, cement pipe pile and timber, wood, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Owing to our refined skills and more than 30 years' experiences in this filed, all types of autoclaves can be designed and produced in according with customers' requests so as to meet the multiple needs of customers.
1. Steel horizontal cylinder-type device, kettle covers and cylinder made of Q345R steel plate;
2. Kettle door is movable, and mode of opening: manual & automatic;
3. Three forms of support: fixed, movable and special end support;
4. Equipped with safty valves, pressure gauges, temperature elements, INTAKE. EXHAUST valves, seals valve,draining valve, etc.

On April 1st, 2011 a new edition of this certification-ISO9001:2008 in our company and on the same day, another certification-ISO14001:2004 was passed as well. In May 2011, our company was awarded as an A-class enterprise of Henan province.

Our Service
Before the products leave our factories, our company will undertake all the matters relevant to boilers such as equipment decoration in boiler room and also perfect, free-charge service will be offered by us until the turn-key project. The replacement is guaranteed if any problem concerning the product quality arises within a year.
In the manufacturing process, clients are quite welcome to our factory to examine the actual quality and to carry out the follow-up inspection.
