Description
S403 R&D Laboratory is an experimental softgel encapuslation machine designed especially for R&D department of laboratories, pharmaceutical factories in the universities and plant health products and Research Institutes.
Characteristics:
Pneumatic die press system, pneumatic wedge up and down, independent driven capsule stripper.
Important parts use aviation grade high wear-resisting material
Main shaft run out and parellelism within 0.02mm
All bearing use well know brand
Medicine pump dosing deviation less than 1.5%
Worm gear, gear and shaft adopt special material with high accuracy and long service life
Gelatin ribbon micro lubrication system
Main shaft, mangle roller, colling drum driven by independent motor, speed controlled viafrequency inverter.
Precision PID temperature control of the medicine hopper, injection wedge and spreader box.
Medicine hopper adopts thermal insulation design.
PLC and touch screen control, with functions of failure diagnosis.
