The thermal insulation material is non-woven glass fiber cotton with uniform
and reliable insulation effect. The inner tube is of fluorplastic, resisting heat
and corrosion. The heat tracing material is standard heating tape. All the
materials are of integrated manufacture by special machines with long service
life

Installation instructions:
First cut off the required length, and leave a proper length of about 0.5m. Then separate the heating tape from the inner tube carefully, cut the insulation layer of the broken end in the shape of cone and wrap with sealing tapes to avoid moisture. The connection of the inner tube and equipment can use flared joints. The connection of power supply and the heating tape can use standard joint-box or copper clamps with sealing tapes. The flared joints and self-vulcanizing sealing tapes can be provided by users themselves or they can order them from us with the product purchase.
