3M adhesive kapton flexible heating film
Polyimide is a thin, lightweight organic polymer film which provides excellent tensile strength, tear resistance and dimensional stability. The polyimide heater is ideal for applications requiring low outgassing in a vacuum, or resistance to radiation, fungus and chemicals.

- Foil thickness ranges from .0005″ to .004″ depending on your required resistance.
- Different foil material types can be used depending on the heater resistance needed.
- Etched designs are excellent for applications requiring watt densities greater than 5 watts/in2.
