Application & Feature:The pvc sheet extrusion line is manufactured by our company.1)This line applies SJZ serials of conical twin screw extruder with imported inverter,which provides wide adjusting range and precise temperature control.2)The down stream equipment includes vaccum calibrature and cooling unit, haul-off unit, cutting machine and stacker.3)The calibration unit is equipped with strong forced cooling system so that it can provide perfect calibrating effect.4)The pedrail hauler is euipped with precision gear motor and inverter, which possesses reasonable structure, strong and stable hauling force.5)The cutting machine is equipped with PLC control system which helps to set length and provide accurate automatic cutting.6)The stacker is covered with rubber grip blocks to prevent products from damage. ---The specially designed screws ensure high plastification rate.---Special T-type die ensure the precise control of thickness of the plastic sheet/board.Temperature controlling system(±1 °C) can precisely control the plastificating process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of the products.---The thickness of sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and oil pressure wheels.---The calender can freely rise and fall.Unattached roll remperature contrlling system can precisely control the temperature of the roll.---The cutting machine can precisely control the cutting length.---The winder can automatically adjust the speed and tension and set the width of needed products freely.---The machine equiped with meter counter can set the length of product.| Model | Extruders | Roller dimension | Product with(mm) | Total power(kw) | Length of production line(m) |
