Features & advantages :
This kind of machine is used for producting different size of PP/PE monofilament fiber from 0.15 to 0.5 mm
( 19.3 tex to 188.5 tex), the fiber could widely used, like fishing net, plastic twine, plastic rope, broom, brush fiber etc.

Detailed information:
1.Automatic controling system: siemens PLC, frequency converter, seven parts for heating system. The entire production line adopts the originally imported new control system of PLC programmable computer, guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.
2.Single screw extruder: high speed extruders adopts notched barrel , shielded screw with special mixing structure ensures the stability of high extruding and the plasticizing quality,
3.Spinneret : 80mm in general has 120holes, there exist pressure sensor and metering pump to control the f pressure and the flow, at the same time has filter to makes the melted physical and chemical through soomthly. there are many kinds of spinneret could be offered to the clients base on their requirment
oling system: suitable and steady temperature ensure the twine soft and shiny.
5. NO 1 and NO 2 stretching:it's made of ss , steady speed for strtching and tensiling, 5 or 7 rollers for each, the ratio of draw is 4-10 times
6.heating system: 12 heating tube, 6 will be auto-stop as long as get up to the specific temperature.
7. closing wire equipment: quantity of take-up heads could accordingt o your request, has separate switch to control each take-up reel, the size of bobbin could be adjusted.
