1. choose you ingredients pureed fruit, fruit juices, ice cream, yougurt and sorbets.

2. Fill each sleeve with your favorite recepe or mix it up and use different recipes for each pop. Be sure to leave about 1/2 inch (12mm) of space at the top

3.Put the handles into their sleeves, place them into the decorative base and into the freezer. They will be tempting, but try to keep your hands off them for 4 hours or more.

4.Remove the pop from the sleeve by gently squeezing the pop as you pull the handle. If you cannot get the pop to slide out, run it under warm water for a few seconds and slide the pop out of the sleeve.
