Application :

 

PVC electric conduit pipe making machine is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc. as well as PVC pipe material of all sorts of pipe caliber and wall thickness. This PVC electric conduit pipe making machine mainly consists of twin conical (parallel) screws extruder, vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off unit, cutting unit, tilter, etc. single screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported A/C inverter, both vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products. The haul off machine includes two-claw type, three-claw type, four-claw type, six-claw type, eight-claw type, etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied, it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable, the production efficiency is high. With special device, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe etc.

 Advantages:

1. conical twin screw extruder: SJSZ-51/105.it equipped with the over-load protectionand  stoppage   alarming  system.The screw's core and the outside of the barrel is cooled by circulation of oil, it  includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.

3. twin vacuum calibrating tanks,4m,consist of two stainless steel sizing boxes actually, which are Use 

    automatic controller and motor to control the liquid level and movements respectively;

4. twin haul-off machines, 1,1kwx2 ,adopts frequency conversion  and the clamping is in a    pneumatic way;

5. twin cutting machines. 1.1kwx2,The cutter is of automatic metering and cutting;

6. Stackers, 4-6m,it can turn automatically;

7. powder loader. ZJF300,it can automatically carry plastic powder into the hopper, it can save labor,realize the safety and reliability.
