Product Description
Animal feed grinder mixer consists of feed inlet, grinding part and mixing part. The machine is designed for grinding and mixing the fodder for livestock and poultry. There are two different types of mixers used in the feed industry, vertical mixers and horizontal mixers. Vertical mill &mixer is well suitable for small and medium farms and small feed factories. Horizontal mill &mixer is an ideal machine for big feed factories.
Vertical feed grinder mixer
This machine is well designed for grinding all kinds of cereal, corn, wheat, bean and others to powder. It applies to feed pig, chicken, duck, goose, cattle and so on. The machine is self-suction type. Machines of Model 9LJseries have the hammer mill on the top and model 9LWJseries have the hammer mill at the side.
Working Principle
It consists of a vertical screw which takes material to the top where it falls back down again, and repeats that process to mix materials.
The feeding stuff will come in from the self-suction pipe to the mill where they were grinded by the strong hitting of high speed rolling hammer and the friction forces produced between hammer pieces and screen panel. Then they will come into the below of machine from screen panel. After blending them with the premix powders, the vertical screw lifter at high speed will elevate them up to top and then fall back down in the diffusion way and mix together evenly. The feed will be discharged from the bottom. The screw conveyor can be used while discharging.
