Product Description
Horizontal feed mixer is suitable for mixing premix compound in big feed factories. It also can be made of stainless steel for application in food, chemical, pharmaceuticals, pesticide and other industries.
Working Principle
It adopts a U-shaped tub structure with double screw ribbons mounted on a horizontal shaft with rotor. The materials are put into the U-shaped tub according to mixture ratio and are pushed out by screw ribbons. The outer screw ribbons push the materials move one side to the other side and the inner screw ribbons make materials move towards reverse direction. The feed moves forward and backwards in the tub to achieve the mixing.
