This device has advantage of small volume, simple structure, high heat transfer efficiency, ease of installation and so on. It has already meet different process requirements, is a highly efficient, energy-saving equipment, favored by the majority of users.
Equipment Structure:
Beer plate flash pasteurizer mainly contains plate heat exchanger, intelligent regulator, centrifugal sanitary pump, hot water device, pneumatic butterfly valves, electric control box, connection pipes, and support frame. Plate heat exchanger combines preheating, sterilization, heat preservation and cooling process according to the process requirement
Working Principle:
Plate heat exchanger is the heart of the complete sets of equipment, It mainly contains many pieces of sealed shim plate, the middle plate, pressure plate and insulation coil, etc. Plate arranged in strict accordance with the process combination figure, fold the clamping tight combination. It forms a liquid channel between every two pieces of plate.
There are three different kinds of liquid flowing into the plate heat exchanger:
Materials: such as beer.
The heating medium: hot water.
The cooling medium: such as ice water and glycol.
The above three different liquid flow into the plate heat exchanger in different paths, impervious and unmixing, can continuously carrying on the heat exchange.
Sterilization process of materials:
Materials flow into the heat recovery section of heat exchanger through centrifugal sanitary pump, and preheat (waste heat recovery, energy savings);then the material flow into the sterilization section of heat exchanger after preheated, the temperature increase to the value required; And then flow into the insulation tube (holding time setted according to the process ); and then flow into the heat recovery section again to precool; at last flow into the cooling section to cool. The qualified material will be transferred to the next working procedure through the pneumatic butterfly valve, the material which does not meet the requirements of sterilization will flow back into the beer pump inlet by pneumatic butterfly valve , to do the sterilization processing again.
