Thin plate slitting line (0.2-3mm) Steel coil slitting line
This line is Used for steel plate coil to uncoiling, slitting, recoiling to required steel strips. This line apply to hot rolled carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and other different kinds of surface plated metal.
Slitting line is used for steel plate coil to uncoiling, slitting, recoiling to required steel strips. This line apply to hot rolled carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel and other different kinds of surface plated metal.
For the user with higher requirement, uncoiling with automatic edge aligning or centering is preferable, which has the advantage of easy entering coil, high working efficiency, improving cutting precision and protecting plate as well. EPC automatic edge control can be adopted as well, which can guarantee recoiling in tidiness, especially for the wider recoiling
This line is composed of entry coil car, uncoiler, feeding in device, leveler, head shearing device, loop pit, side guide, slitting device, scrap winder, tension unit, recoiling machine, unloading device.etc.

Slitting line is composed of entry coil car, uncoiler, feeding in device, simple leveler, head shearing device, Side Guide, thick plate slitting device, scrap winder, tension unit, recoiling machine, unloading device.etc.
