FISH OIL DECANTER CENTRIFUGE
The LW model centrifuge is a kind of machinery equipment used to continuously separate the materials
having density difference in the suspension by adopting the principle of centrifugal sedimentation.Its basic
principle is as follows:The rotary drum and material transfer spiral rotate at a high speed with certain differential speed,and the materials will be continuously introduced into the internal barrel
of the spiral material pusher through the feeding pipe and enter into the rotary drum after being accelerated,
under the effect of centrifugal force field,the heavier solid will deposit residues.The material transfer spiral
pusher will continuously push the deposited solid to the taper end of the rotary drum,After being dehydrated
at the drying area they are discharged outside the machine from internal liquid loops and overflow outside the
rotary drum from the large end overflow vent of the rotary drum and will be discharged outside the machine
through the liquid outlet,The machine can be operated at full speed to complete such proceduresas feeding,
sedimentation,separation,dehydration and discharging without interruption.It has such features as compact
structure,continuous working,stable operation strong adaptability to materials to be separated,high production
capacity and convenient maintenance,It is applicable to separating suspension with the strength within the
range of 240 containing solid granules with diameter more than 0.005mm,It is widely used in suchindustries
as chemical industry,light industry,light industry,pharmacy,food and environmental protection etc.
Features:
1.The drum and scroll conveyor are made of stainless steel resisting corrosion.
2.The scroll conveyor was coated with wearable alloy or welded with alloy plate(optional)
3.Stepless speed regulation for the bowl.
4.Step or stepless speed regulation for scroll's differential speed.
5.Safety protection:rotation rate detection over,vibration protection,motor overload and overheat protection,protection for scroll when zero differential speed occurs.
6.For the highly sticky materials,it can add the hydraulic differential gear to stabilize.
