continuous flow centrifuge
Structure and principle:
This kind of tubular centrifuge is used for separating various suspending liquids that are difficult to separation, especially adaptable for solid-liquid separation of small concentration, large viscidity, fine solid-phase granule, and fairly low difference in solid-liquid gravity, such as clarification of various medicine liquid and oral liquid, deslagging of traditional Chinese medicines, extraction of paints, dyes, different proteins, algae, pectin's, and purification of rubber solution, etc.
This separator is a high-speed separator, with strong separating capacity, as an intermittently operated centrifugal equipment, composed of the main body, driving unit, bowl, liquid collector tray, and feed liquid bearing seat. The upper part of the bowl is the flexibility spindle and the lower part is the floating damper bearing. The spindle is coupled by coupling seat buffer and the driven wheel. The motor passes the dynamic force to the driven wheel through driving strap and tension pulley, thus for the bowl to rotate around its own axis at high speed, to form a strong centrifugal force field. The material is injected inside from the liquid inlet on the bottom. The centrifugal force compels the material liquid to flow upwards along the wind-tunnel wall, and to be laminated due to densities of different ingredients of material liquid.
GF model is a separating equipment where there the liquid phase of large density is formed into outer ring and the liquid phase of small density is shaped into inner ring, to flow to the top of bowl, to be discharged out from their respective liquid outlets. The micro solids settle on the wall of the bowl and are to be manually dumped after the machine is shut down.
Applications:
GF:It is used for separating various emulsion, especially adaptable for liquid-liquid separation with slight gravity difference and liquid-liquid-solidseparation with a little foreign matter,such as separation of various oil and micropoder, extract liquid from plants, separation of plasma and biologic medicine, extraction of plasma from animals’blood,various medicine liquid and oral liquid
