Main features:
PLC control is applied with programs which can be designed,automatic operation can be realized even without worker at the physical field feeding,preliminary filter,washing,precise filter can be supervised during the full procedure.

Design of vibration reduction & separation is scientific and reasonable,balance pieces and imported high precision liquid type resistance.vibration separation system have been applied,the vibration of the machine is fully absorbed by vibration separation system,there is no shock disturbance for the foundation ground or near by environment .
Balance plate of the device foundation can be used for operation platform,which makes operation and maintenance convenient.
Safety protection:inspection of rotational speed,over vibration protection,protection for discovering,over charge or over hear protection of the motor,double electrical control for rotation of scraper and lift machinery machinery,combined lock for the scraper and rotating drum.
Standard manufacturing form.
Structure:Feeding pipe,washing pipe,observation window,exhaust hole lightening hole have been applied in the turning over cover of the outshell ,the sealing structure,rotating drum and outshell,turning over cover are all made of stainless steel(SUS304),machine chassis parts are made of cast material ,The surface is covered with stainless steel,The rotating drum,inside and outside surfaces of the outshell,the exposed parts of the machine have all been polish treated.
