Longitudinal Seam Welder Straight Seam Welding Machine
Introduction
1. Workpiece clamping adopts pneumatic compression devices with keys, parts balanced force, small deformation of the workpiece.
2. Apply in high-quality, low-distortion linear seams welding. Such as: petroleum chemical container, solar water heaters, electric water heaters, pipe manufacturing, and automobile industries mechanized welding.
3. With PLC control, DC motor drives, stepless speed regulation, automatic welding control system, and oscillation with a linear device for Optional.
4. With different guard ring and groove in line on the back of the welding seam, welding can be 100% penetration, and to ensure that one side welding with back formation.
5. Welders piece thickness is 0.4 ~ 8mm, welding speed is 0.2 ~ 2.2m/min.
Automatic longitudinal seam welding system can use different welding process, such as welding; gas shielded welding, plasma welding, etc.
