Municipal and industrial wastewater dehydration have three types: belt press filter, plate press filter,centrifuge.In the past,
the domestic municipal sewage plant sludge dehydration(concentration),the majority use belt press filter or plate press filter not horizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge before 2000 ,
because the domestical is noisy,high energy consumption,low ability,while the imports is high cost and expensive,bad after-sales service.After 2000 following sophisticated design and manufacture technology,for the advantages at mechanical
performance,automaticity,covering area,running costs,maintenance costs,labor costs,influence to the environment,
separation efficiency,production capacity and so on,more and more sewage plant make horizontal spiral sedimental
centrifuge as the preferred equipment.According to statistics mechanical dewatering is the main measure of domestic
sludge dewatering,horizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge accounting for 48.65%, belt press filter accounting for 37.84%,
plate press filter accounting for 10.81%,vacuum suction filtration dehydration accounting for 1.35%,other equipment
accounting for 1.35%.More and more user use horizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge not other equiments.
Early in the 19th century,the principle of herizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge is known.Over time,for the techonlogy
progresses,high strength and hign sorrosion resistance materials,it is widespread used.It is improved continuously by the developement of electronics and Electrical technology, measurement and control components.It is the most widely used of all centrifuge.
The herizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge of our company which is high efficiency,low energy consumption,less drug needing is widely used in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.Based on the exprience of separation machinery,sewage treatment process research and application,we develope a series herizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge for dehydration,concentration or enrichment + dehydration,provide with all science and appropriate technology solutions.
The herizontal spiral sedimental centrifuge are carried out solid-liquid separation using centrifugal sedimentation.Suspension by the feed tube and spiral sub-device to enter the drum,under centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation,leave the solid-state particles have larger proportion on the drum wall.The spiral rotate in the same direction with the drum in different
speed,helical vaces cut the solid-state particles from the drum wall continously,and take it to the slagging gate,the clear liquid flow out by the drainage,to
achieve continuous .
Drum:
Adopting large length and diameter ratio which is4.0-4.4,lengthening the precipitation zone, improve the separation efficiency.
Made with AISI321, AISI316 or AISI329 high-quality stainless steel,after welding and intergranular corrosion treatment.
Solid residue outfall is mosaiced with wear-resistant carbide or ceramic.
The inner surface of the drum with the longitudinal ribs in the flowing direction to protect the inner surface
will not be worn.
Spiral:
Made with AISI321, AISI316 or AISI329 high-quality stainless steel.
Spiral blade pusher mounted welding wear-resistant hard alloy,thickness> = 3mm,in order to improve the spiral life making it has good toughness and
hardness.
Spiral is made with VSR and automatical double-balancing and weight balance,enhancing the machine's overall performance and working life,insuring 60,000
hours with no fragmentation wearable failure.
Differential:
Using advanced involute planetary gear,the speed difference between spiral and drum is 1-30r/min,according to the sludge concentration and the load changing,Differential feedback regulate automaticly
,pusher-power compensate automaticly to ensure the constant drying of mud-cake gettign a better mud-cake.
Chassis:
Made with high-quality carbon steel,the bottom sprayed 80umDFT paint containing mica and iron oxide, surface sprayed
100um advanced neoprene paint,adopting the burning process of and by car burning paint room.
Case,machine enclosures:
Made with AISI304, AUSU321 or AISI316 high-quality stainless steel,Yaguang polishing the surface after Polishing passivationto ensure that all components
corrosion resistant and beautiful.
Sealing:
All the gaskets in contact with the stuff are made with PTFE.
Double-balancing:
After the machine assembled,using computer double-balancing instrument to carry out full testing in commissioning stage,adding water to do loading double-balancing simulation,to ensure that the machine running stability and reliability.
Run-time,unit noise<= 80dB(A),vibration intensity<= 4.5mm/s.
Lord,Deputy dual motors:
Using ABB motor in line with the IEC43-1 standard, 380V,three-phase,50HZ, motors are the horizontal AC squirrel cage induction motors,which protection Level is in line with
the IP55 standard,insulation level is class F.Drum composed by the motor and inverter drive,start gently,
running stepless adjustable.
Bearing:
To ensure the performance and service life,using the Swedish SKF, Japanese Seiko NSK or FAG bearings
as first choice,select carefully and arrange reasonable,extending service life and improving the reliability.
